Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return any piece for a full refund.

• The item must be unworn, in its original condition, with its box and any paperwork.
• Email us at handmadejewelerz@gmail.com or call (646) 513-2538 and we'll send you a prepaid, insured return label.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the piece.
• Custom-sized or engraved pieces can't be returned unless they arrive damaged.
