Lifetime Warranty

Every Diamond Leaders piece is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects — for example, a loose or lost stone caused by a setting defect, or a broken clasp or prong under normal wear. If that happens, we repair or replace the piece at no charge.

What is not covered

Loss or theft, damage from accidents, misuse or heavy impact, normal wear over time, or work done by another jeweler.

Free resizing

One free ring resize within the first year. This applies to most rings; some designs, such as eternity bands, can't be resized, and we'll tell you if yours is one of them.

60-day returns

Unworn pieces in their original condition can be returned within 60 days of delivery. Custom-sized or engraved pieces can't be returned unless they arrive damaged. See our full refund policy.

How to make a claim

Email handmadejewelerz@gmail.com or call +1 (646) 513-2538 with your order number and a photo of the piece. For covered repairs, we'll send you a prepaid, insured shipping label.
